Whilst a lot of partners in the channel focus on acquiring high volumes of customers and implementing the system quickly and moving on, Acora do not. International experience

Microsoft products support a number of international regions and their specific local requirements, and some of the clients Acora works with have selected Microsoft with this in mind.

Acora has worked with a number of growing mid-market organisations, and supported their expansion into new regions around the world. Acora has done this through implementing software outside of the UK, and in a number of different scenarios including:

  • Travelling into a region to provide full onsite implementation services such as project management, solution design, training and consultancy services similar to a UK roll out.
  • Providing dedicated “expert” roles such as solution design and consultancy to our clients to support and provide governance to their implementation teams.
  • Working with international partners to provide local language training where required whilst maintaining control of the implementation.

In addition to the implementation of Microsoft products, we have also provided a range of strategic consultancy services to help plan and shape their global enterprise resource planning roll out. These include:

  • Business process mapping
  • Blueprinting – global module catalogue

Acora provided a solution to increase speed and connectivity to our offices in Hong Kong, which means we can access our data there very easily, and give our employees access to the data they need.
