Each of our employees goes through a pre-employment screening process to make sure we employ individuals with integrity, which is important when handling client sensitive data and critical systems.

Our 25 year pedigree means we’re no strangers to the industry. A current 200+ headcount is made up of a number of time-served professionals with proven track records of successful IT service and project delivery across a broad range of businesses and industries.

This powerful combination of IT proficiency, business nous and industry insight enables us to be empathetic with our clients, because we’ve personally experienced many of the issues they face.

Acora maintains and develops skill sets across the full range of service categories and has strong partnerships with a number of key vendors including Microsoft, NetApp and Citrix.

Looking after our customers

The Service Desk is the very core of our outsourcing and managed services offering. We currently employ over 100+ service desk analysts and managers from our two UK-based operations centres.  Dual customer contact points for both the service desk and overall account management ensures that we maintain a strong relationship through all our engagements.

Our Professional Services team comprises a number of strategic business and technical consultants, software developers, project managers and engineers.  They work with our clients to deliver business transformation projects, helping them to speed up key business initiatives, reduce risk and provide innovation to meet the challenges of today’s digital world.
