We were engaged by a leading international water dispenser company to carry out the IT Due Diligence for a multi-million-pound acquisition. This work encompassed, but was not limited to:

attending IT DD meetings to act as advisors to the purchasers
carrying out asset validation, system and environment reviews including volume and stress testing of key systems in the acquiring business to ensure capacity and performance capabilities,
risk analysis and mitigation plans, transition services agreement design, infrastructure review and remediation activities,
high and low-level M&A advice, project management and participation as a trusted skilled resource.

As a result of our support the company successfully integrated the newly acquired businesses into their operations with minimal interruption and risk, at the same time utilising the principles from our business change management methodology. All of the integration activities were aligned with the global IT roadmap (another one of our engagements via our vCIO offering) and as a result the time taken to realise the full value of these strategic initiatives and activities was greatly reduced.
