Role Purpose

As part of the PMO team, you will be essential in keeping people connected. Communicating between project resources, Customers and Project Managers. The role of Project Coordinator offers administrative support to the PMs as they manage the stakeholder of Acora’s transformation and transition project portfolio, as well as assisting various departments that interlink with Professional Services. In turn, this role is a developmental one and provides opportunity to grow into a Junior Project Manager and eventually Project Manager as part of the Acora Career Framework.

Key Responsibilities

Hosting/managing meetings - IKOM slots, Resourcing Meetings, Forecasting calls, Daily standups & Diary prioritization
Develop by coordinating the non-PM work packages, that need light management to ensure effective completion
Assisting finance with billing, T&M and milestone reporting
Resource management across larger projects/transitions
Assisting PMs with writing up documentation such as PIDs, PDDs, PCDs
Pushing positive change through the PS department via CSI plan tasks
Tracking hardware & software orders to update relevant PM on ETA
Budget allocation and initial project plan creation for all new projects
Creation of project folders and administrative housekeeping
Execution of weekly forecasting process, BAU Support & Problem Management support upon request
Documenting and following up on actions and decisions from meetings
Managing/Updating the Diary Prioritisation spreadsheet, administrative housekeeping of job cards

Skills and Experience

Great communication skills both written and verbal
Competent user of Office 365 including Outlook, Project, Excel, Word etc
Drive to achieve in line with Acora’s values
Strong organisational skills including time management and multitasking
Eager and willing to learn and progress , Forward thinking
Attention to detail , Ability to work and cooperate within a team
Ability to interpret technical communication and documentation
