Work alongside other departments to produce content effectively and efficiently

Impact our social media presence to enhance our reputation
Continually look to improve processes and reduce marketing costs where possible
Support and coach junior team members to help them develop and upskill
Skills and Experience
5 to 10 years’ experience working across the full marketing stack in B2B businesses
Experience of working at pace in a high growth sales led organization.
Ideally experienced and interested in IT services (or have previously worked in marketing within complex industry solutions/services before e.g. financial services/law/insurance)
Creative individual who uses data to inform their approach and decision making as well as measure ROI
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of confidence and engagement – a good relationship builder and stakeholder manager.
Ideally have a degree in Business or Marketing or a related field
