Working with our client and their other key partners, we developed a migration strategy to transition their development, UAT, production and disaster recovery environments onto a new, best-of-breed platform using technology solutions from key industry vendors including NetApp, Microsoft and Citrix.
At the same time, ongoing support was successfully transitioned into the Acora Service Desk. The integration of our monitoring and proactive management solutions provided round-the-clock support of our client’s global infrastructure ensuring that end users could access a reliable, available, agile and secure IT platform.
Following the completion of this transformation programme, our client has seen strong improvements in service stability and performance, along with enhanced capabilities in relation to disaster recovery of services.
