We are delighted to announce the acquisition of Westgate IT, the South West’s premier IT Managed Services provider.

The acquisition further increases Group revenues towards £40m and gives Acora direct access into the Bristol and Cardiff metropolitan areas, as well as the South West more generally. Bath-based Westgate provide Acora with greater access to local talent, an additional service centre supporting further organic growth, and more than 100 loyal customers who we are excited to work with.

The South West is an important strategic region for Acora, where it already has a significant number of contracted customers in the Legal and Insurance sectors.
