Today, the company announced that it has been awarded LRQA’s (Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance) stamp of Business Assurance – with certification to 4 internationally recognised management system standards. These sit alongside the 3* Service Desk Institute accreditation that already aligns Acora with the world’s leading service brands.

Acora – have been awarded the following:
BS 25999-2:2007: the world’s first British standard for business continuity management (BCM)
ISO 20000-1:2005: demonstrating the adoption of an integrated approach to delivering Managed Services
ISO 27001:2005: the international best practice for an Information Security Management System (ISMS)
ISO 9001:2008: acknowledging an internationally recognised Quality Management System
