David Rabson,

Chief Executive Officer

David leads Acora with the vision, drive and commitment he expects from every member of the business. He believes in being accessible to both staff and customers in equal measure, leading by example and challenging himself to constant improvement every day.

Since leading the MBO in 2006, he has been committed to building a high performance, values-led culture with people at its heart. David’s vision has always been to create a game-changing organisation that redefines the value of service in the industry. Through his singular commitment to customer focus, he has driven change through every level of our business to transform our culture, processes and service delivery.

The board he has handpicked to accompany him on his journey are testament to the quality Acora will pioneer and the standards we will set as we continue to challenge expectation and deliver excellence for the most dynamic and ambitious businesses in the mid-market today.

Lee Ganly,

Chief Technology Officer

As our chief technology strategist at Acora, Lee sets the standards for the technology we deliver to our customers and continually shapes the technical strategy of our business.

His strength of leadership means that our services remain in tune with the most significant market developments and technical innovations. Because of this, Acora’s range of systems and services are always poised to support the ever-changing needs of each customer’s business.  

As the pace of change in our industry accelerates, Lee’s skill in mediating between the bleeding edge of technology and the business-focussed services we deliver to our customers has proven invaluable. His passion for the potential of IT to create intelligent, productive and empowered businesses ensures that, as we grow, he will continue to be a driving force, both within Acora and the industry as a whole.

David Hemmings,

Non-Executive Director

David brings 20 years of expertise to Acora. Alongside the rest of the board, he has spearheaded the company’s transformation, providing perspective, objectivity and invaluable guidance at every stage.

A banker by trade, David spent over 20 years with Lloyds TSB, half of which were dedicated to a consultancy role in commercial banking and corporate finance. In 2007, before the onset of the financial crisis, he moved into a career specialising in helping SMEs create and implement their strategic plans. This has involved various non-executive and advisory roles for high growth and dynamic businesses. David started working with Acora in 2008 and became a Non-Executive Director in early 2010.

Gary Page,

Chief Financial Officer

As our Chief Financial Officer, Gary has been instrumental in the company transformation that began in 2006. He brings strong leadership and financial acumen, keeping Acora on course to achieve our company vision.

Through his excellent leadership, the business has become a robust partner for our customers; we have increased profits year on year even as many businesses around us have continued to suffer the effects of recession. He is committed to the values of the business he has helped to build, and looks forward to its continued evolution and success over the next few years.

Sean Read,

Chief Operating Officer

Sean joined Acora in 2010 with the drive to carve a new niche in IT outsourcing with a driven and energetic young business.

In his short time as Chief Operating Officer, Sean has pioneered new standards throughout the business. He is committed to the Acora vision, bringing an acute focus on process innovation and cultural development to deliver a game-changing service for all Acora customers. His strength of leadership has transformed the quality of service Acora delivers, aligning us with some of the world’s most forward-thinking service organisations. He is confident that the future will welcome continued innovation, recognition and growth as Acora becomes the go-to IT services provider for the dynamic mid-market.
