Our teams
Client Services
Our Client Services team delivers the Acora standard of service to our customers and oversee each customer relationship long-term. Each team employs specialist sector skills to ensure expertise and business-focus. Their work ensures customer satisfaction and long-term relationships that drive real value for their business.
Business Excellence
The Business Excellence team is responsible for driving continual service improvement across all departments within Acora. The team is focussed on maintaining and improving the Best Practice Management System which encompasses all of our legal, regulatory and industry standard accreditations. They take responsibility for leveraging the culture at Acora and making sure we live out our game-changing proposition at every level of the business.
Support Services
The Support Services team works directly with our customers to resolve any issues, large or small. They are committed to delivering the quality that makes Acora a world-class service organisation, guiding our customers through every step of the process until their problem is resolved.
Business Software Group
The Business Software Group uses specialist expertise to deliver advice and service to all customers in need of Line of Business Applications, including significant end-to-end business management platforms such as Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management. The team works with new customers to assess their specific business needs and implement world-class technology solutions.
Advanced Infrastructure
The Advanced Infrastructure team supports our customers in managing the physical infrastructure of their business. Their expert management allows our customers to protect the structures underpinning their competitive advantage. From network cabling, UPS systems to data room design and build, the Acora AI team deploy and manage the infrastructure projects to provide real outcomes for our customers.
Project Management
The Project Management team oversees the quality of the end-to-end service we deliver to our customers. Their efforts ensure we consistently deliver on time and on budget to the highest possible standards, whilst providing an essential touch point for our customers.
Data Centre Services
The Data Centre Services team works with our customers to build or transform their data centre, encouraging them towards more innovative solutions with newly accessible virtualisation or cloud-based services. The team helps customers design, optimise, and protect their data centre to ensure maximum value is rendered for their business.
Human Resources
Our Human Resources team is responsible for the recruitment and well-being of our people at Acora. The team plays a crucial role in attracting new talent, maintaining the calibre of our people and ensuring each new recruit is made welcome. They take responsibility for making Acora an exceptional working environment – focussed on providing a framework of personal goals, further training and opportunities at every level of the career ladder.
Finance
The Finance team ensures that Acora remains a robust partner for our customers, operating with transparency and focus. The team manages all expenditure, budgeting and revenue, keeping Acora on track to achieve its strategic goals in a continually unpredictable economy.
Purchasing
The Purchasing team is responsible for managing all of Acora's vendor relationships: obtaining vendor quotations, and managing order placements with our supplier partners. The team also incorporates Logistics and Warehouse services.
Sales and Marketing
The Sales and Marketing team is responsible for safeguarding the Acora brand at the very front line of our business. Together they engage new clients, generate leads, and explain to the world what Acora stands for across a broad variety of platforms and innovative campaigns. The team works coherently to ensure Acora delivers on their promises, delivering our uniquely business-focussed service from the very first exchange we have with our customers.
