Leading IT Outsourcing provider Acora, has been appointed by Carousel as their new service partner. Carousel has 30 years’ experience delivering logistics in a number of industry sectors including Agriculture, Medical, Technical, Engineering, Luxury and Energy. The company is currently over 80 strong and is headquartered in Sittingbourne, Kent, with offices across the UK and in Europe.
Following strong business growth Carousel had outgrown the capabilities of their existing provider and needed access to a wider set of skills and experiences to support the ongoing strategies of the business.
Acora’s flexible end-to-end services ensured their position as provider of choice to whom Carousel could cost-effectively outsource support of their core IT infrastructure. By transferring their existing service into Acora’s 24/7 Service Desk and centralised operations centres, Carousel could also benefit from integrating Acora’s ITIL aligned management processes and deploying their market leading systems management products to provide proactive 24/7 management and support of their infrastructure.
Following the integration of Acora’s IT Outsourcing service, Carousel’s IT function has been able to focus its time on delivering strategic projects that add real value to the business.
