IT Services Receive Successful Re-certification

Acora’s accreditations demonstrate their commitment to quality and continuous improvement. For customers, these accreditations mean that Acora can provide ‘big business’ best practice, security and total peace of mind – without losing the agility, sincerity and the client-focus that means Acora’s customers stay with them for many years.

Acora has been successful in re-certifying the following international standards:

ISO Standards retained:

  • ISO/IEC 27001:2005: the international best practice for an information security management system
  • ISO 9001:2008: acknowledging an internationally recognised quality management system

British Standard retained:

  • BS 25999-2:2007:British standard for business continuity management (BCM)

In addition to the above, Acora has successfully transitioned from ISO 20000-1:2005 to the latest version, which is ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011.  This standard forms the bedrock of Acora’s IT service management and service delivery processes, and they are delighted to have shown further improvement in these areas.
